What assessment has the Minister made of the individual impact the 20mph limit will have on people's businesses and livelihoods at a time when people's finances are already stretched?

The Federation of Small Businesses were part of the independent 20mph Taskforce Group that made the recommendations as to how to best implement the 20mph limit. The impacts on business are covered in the Explanatory Memorandum which accompanied the legislation.
