What consideration has the Minister given to reevaluating the homeless action plan in Wales, in light of rising rates of homelessness?

The Welsh Government published an update to the Ending Homelessness High Level Action Plan in August this year.
The update outlines progress to date and identifies the remaining priorities and next steps over the coming months, including the longer-term objective to reform homelessness legislation and policy.
