Will the Minister outline the total planned spend for the funded hourly rate to childcare providers in the current financial year?

The overall programme budget for the Childcare Offer for Wales in 2023/24 is £85.8m, however in addition to the childcare grant, this budget also covers administration costs for local authorities, communications and promotional costs, the management of the national digital service and the funding for the Additional Support Grant which ensures children with additional support needs are able access childcare through the Offer.
