Will the Minister confirm which budget the £12.8m that the Government has put aside for remediation work at Withybush Hospital will come from, following the discovery of RAAC there?

The £12.8m capital funding for the remediation work at Withybush Hospital will be funded from the NHS All Wales Capital Programme.
