Does the Minister have plans to repurpose unused and/or abandoned land owned by health boards into viable housing stock?

Assets held by NHS organisations, which have been declared as surplus, are advertised through a collaboration tool called “e-pims” (Electronic Property Information Mapping Service). This is used to share information to the public sector and public sector partners, including Housing Associations, about available assets which could deliver much needed housing stock including affordable and social homes and policy objectives.
