Will the Minister clarify whether the £425.1 million in announced additional funding for the health budget is a £425.1 million increase on the first supplementary budget, on the final budget or the total increase this year across those budgets?

The £425.1 million announced is in addition to the Health and Social Services resource budget published in the first supplementary budget in June 2023.
