How much of the £35 million capital funding allocated to research and innovation has been utilised so far?

I believe you are referring to the announcement in June of this year, where we committed to investing £30m in innovation activity over the next 2 financial years. Of that £30 million, £9 million has been committed and there is a pipeline of activity totalling £14.8m.
