What discussions has the Minister had with Transport for Wales about how it intends to spend the £125 million in additional funding that was announced by the Welsh Government on 17 October 2023?

I have regular discussions with the Chair and CEO of Transport for Wales. The funding we have provided to Transport for Wales will protect essential rail services across Wales and the borders.
