What is the Minister's assessment of the implications of the £5.3 million reduction in funding for the ReAct+ programme as part of the budget adjustment exercise announced on 17 October 2023?

The ReAct+ programme is demand-led and based on current activity levels, will be delivered within the reduced budget. Should demand increase, additional funding will be prioritised across in year budget changes.
