Will the Minister provide a breakdown of the number of current Glastir contract holders that will receive a payment reduction of a) up to 25%; b) between 25% and 50%; c) 50% to 75%; and d) more than 75% under the Habitat Wales Scheme when compared to their Glastir contracts?

The Habitat Wales Scheme and Glastir Schemes are not directly comparable. The Habitat Wales Scheme expression of interest allows applicants to submit additional land, acquired since joining Glastir, and existing land to be managed as habitat, over and above land currently under management in a Glastir contract. It also allows applicants who have not previously held Glastir contracts to apply.
