Will the First Minister confirm whether the Welsh Government’s information management and governance policy applies to his Senedd-issued mobile phone, when used in relation to Welsh Government business?

The Senedd Commission are responsible for information management and governance policies in relation to Senedd-issued devices.
The Welsh Government’s information management policy applies to any Welsh Government business and the Welsh Government Security Policy applies to Welsh Government individuals and Welsh Government issued devices.
