Will the Minister provide a full breakdown of the number of hospital and GP appointments in Wales involving a patient missing work in order to meet their appointment over the last 5 years?

The data requested are not held centrally by Welsh Government. Data on hospital and GP appointments are held by Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) and they will be able to advise if the information requested is available.
