Question
What discussions will the Minister have with Transport for Wales to ensure sufficient rail services are made available for people across the whole of Wales when travelling to and from Cardiff for sporting events?
Answer
Answered by Minister for Climate Change
The Deputy Minister for Climate Change has regular discussions with Transport for Wales, including about rail service provision for major sporting events in Cardiff. Transport for Wales provide additional services and capacity across Wales for travel to and from major events in Cardiff. This will be kept under review to ensure we are doing all we can to provide additional capacity.
