Will the Minister confirm whether the £20 million previously pledged by the Minister to support capital investment in infrastructure for compliance with NVZ regulations has been allocated?

Answered by Minister for Rural Affairs and North Wales, and Trefnydd
On 5 October 2022, I confirmed Welsh Government would make available up to £20m extra funding to support compliance with the regulations. My commitment made is unchanged.
