Further to WQ89696, will the First Minister state which Plaid Cymru designated Members have switched on a Welsh Government-issued mobile phone in the last year?

All Ministers and Deputy Ministers (with the exception of the First Minister who does not have one) have switched on their Welsh Government issued mobile phone in the last year.

The Lead Designated Member has switched on her Welsh Government issued mobile phone in the last year.
