How many times has the Welsh Government been directly involved in contracts for the use of independent health services, in line with the all-Wales agreement negotiated by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee?

The Welsh Government does not become directly involved in NHS contracts as this is a matter for the NHS organisations concerned.
