Does Transport for Wales report to the Welsh Government the number of zero-fare rail tickets issued?

There is no impact to the financial support provided to Transport for Wales from their previous inability to issue zero-fare tickets in a mobile setting. Transport for Wales do not report the number of zero-fare tickets issued to the Welsh Government.
