What correspondence has there been between the Welsh Government and the Post Office during the last 20 years regarding the Horizon scandal?

The Welsh Government has not corresponded directly with Post Office Limited regarding this matter.
However, there has been correspondence between the Counsel General and the UK government regarding the scandal and the wider issues this matter raises in terms of access to justice for all.
