Will the Minister provide a breakdown of all costs incurred by the Welsh Government from his visit to Port Talbot in January, including any travel, food and accommodation costs for the Minister, his staff or anyone else?

No costs were incurred by the Welsh Government as it was not a Ministerial visit.
