What assessment has the Minister made of the economic impact on local businesses of no Transport for Wales rail services operating in Cardiff on 26 December 2023?

Transport for Wales did not operate any services on 26 December 2023 in line with the rail industry across the UK. Welsh Government has not undertaken an economic impact assessment of the rail industry not operating passenger services in Wales on Boxing Day.
