What assessment has the Minister made of the impact of the increase to the local housing allowance from the UK Government on tenants renting from private landlords?

Indicative Local Housing Allowance rates for 2024 to 2025 - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
The LHA rates will increase on average by 16.56% in Wales.
