Will the Minister provide a full breakdown of the £20,737,000 2024-2025 budget line for Central EU Transition Costs?

The Central EU Transition Costs budget is a legacy description relating to the cost of staff that previously worked on Brexit activities. The budget line also includes other broader payroll costs for Welsh Government staff and non-payroll costs including training and low value ICT purchases. To ensure clarity, the Central EU Transition Costs BEL will be renamed at the Final Budget.
A full breakdown below BEL level will not be provided as the Welsh Government publishes details of spending plans at BEL level only.
