Further to WQ90423, will the Welsh Government carry out any assessment of the consequences of Cardiff Bus's decision to not operate any services on 26th December 2023?

The decision by Cardiff Bus to not operate services on 26th December 2023 was taken by the operator. Local authorities have the statutory duty to assess the need for, and provide socially necessary bus services.
