What assessment has the Minister made of the research from Which? magazine that found prices at railway ticket machines are up to double the price of buying an online ticket?

The Which? investigation did not directly compare the same ticket types available online or at a railway ticket machine. However, it highlighted the imperfections in the UK ticketing system which the Welsh Government is already seeking to address where it is within our power. For example, Transport for Wales recently launched trial of Pay As You Go in the South Wales Metro area which includes capped daily and weekly rates, and will deliver better value for customers.
