How is the Welsh Government funding the additional £14 million to extend and reconfigure parts of the Grange University Hospital emergency department that was announced on 23 January 2024?

I can confirm that the funding of this capital scheme will be provided from the NHS Wales Capital Programme in the 2023-24 and 2024-25 financial years.
