Further to WQ90553, is the Minister satisfied that no farmers without contracts have been asked to obey the rules for the Habitat Wales Scheme, following the article 'Welsh organic farmer asked to obey rules with no contract for Habitat Wales Scheme' from the Farmer's Guardian on 10 January 2024?

Any farmer that did not apply to the Habitat Wales Scheme or does not anticipate accepting a grant award letter, does not have to comply with the requirements of the Habitat Wales Scheme.
