Will the Minister provide an update on what discussions they are having with local authorities about support for local authority owned libraries?

The provision of public libraries is the responsibility of local authorities.
I wrote to all Council Leaders regarding their 2022-23 Welsh Public Library Standards reports. Officials in the Culture Division Libraries, Archives and Resilience Team follow up on these reports and are in regular contact with all library authorities.
