What plans does the Minister have to directly address the barriers to learning associated with poverty, that are highlighted in the Estyn chief inspector's annual report?

We are already taking action to address the areas Estyn have identified to effectively mitigate against the adverse effects of poverty. I refer you to my oral statement Tackling the impact of poverty on educational attainment, which I made to the Senedd on 23 January this year.
