What action is the Welsh Government taking to mark the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine?

The Welsh Government will participate in events between the 21 February and 27 February to mark this anniversary, including the lighting up of key buildings.
More detail will be provided in the intended Oral Statement on 20 February.
