Question
What steps is Welsh Government taking to eradicate violence in schools?
Answer
Answered by Minister for Education and the Welsh Language
All schools are required to have a behaviour policy which promotes good behaviour on the part of its pupils. The Welsh Government is developing a toolkit which aims to support senior leaders in schools and pupil referral units (PRUs) to make well informed decisions about their behaviour strategies.
