Question
What consideration did the Minister give to the fact that over 45 per cent of the tourism sector's entire annual income is generated in the current summer holidays, when the consultation process on school holiday reform began?

Potential impacts on a range of areas, including tourism, have been considered as part of the draft Integrated Impact Assessment which supports the Consultation on the School Year, which will run until 12 February 2024.
This work is being carried out in collaboration with Sian Gwenllian the Plaid Cymru designated member as part of the Co-operation Agreement between the Welsh Government and Plaid Cymru.
