What is the Minister's assessment of the potential impact to business competitiveness for Welsh farmers as a consequence of adhering to the proposed requirements of the sustainable farming scheme?

The economic assessment of the Scheme, which was published alongside the Consultation, is an important piece of work which helped inform our consultation so the issues it identified could be addressed. The Assessment will be updated following the consultation to support a final decision on the Scheme details.
