Will the Minister outline the reason that only skimmed and semi-skimmed milk are provided to primary and secondary school pupils, as outlined on page 44 of the Healthy Eating in Maintained Schools guidance from 2014?

The Healthy Eating in Maintained Schools guidance reflects the Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013. These set out the type of food and drink which may be provided during the school day.
Our intention is to review the Regulations and the nutritional requirements.
