Will the second stage of the Welsh Government's national workforce implementation plan involve any numeric targets for workforce recruitment and retention?

The Strategic Workforce Implementation Board are currently considering lessons learnt in the development and implementation of this plan, and an inclusive approach to consider a ‘successor plan’.
