How many valuations did the Welsh Government commission in relation to Gilestone Farm in the 12 months prior to its purchase?

One valuation was commissioned by Welsh Government prior to the purchase of Gilestone Farm. This valuation was provided by Knight Frank who produced a value of £4.325m, above the agreed purchase price of £4.25m. Knight Frank were paid £24,000 plus VAT for their services.
