Will the Minister outline which companies provided a valuation for Gilestone Farm prior to its purchase by the Welsh Government, and the fees paid to those companies for their services?

One valuation was commissioned by Welsh Government prior to the purchase of Gilestone Farm. This valuation was provided by Knight Frank who produced a value of £4.325m, above the agreed purchase price of £4.25m. Knight Frank were paid £24,000 plus VAT for their services.
