Will the Minister outline how the Welsh Government’s performance review of Rent Smart Wales is progressing?

RHE Global have been awarded the contract for the evaluation of Rent Smart Wales. They have begun their work and will be contacting stakeholders, including landlords, agents, and tenants, over the coming weeks.
