Will the Minister confirm the total expenditure incurred by the Welsh Government as a consequence of the legal challenge against the Welsh Government in which the Welsh Government admitted to failing to follow the law when stopping free school meals during the holidays?

The total expenditure of costs incurred by the Welsh Government as a consequence of the legal challenge has not been confirmed to date.
Upon identification of procedural issues relating to the decision to end holiday free school meal, a full integrated impact assessment was carried out and the relevant assessments are published here: Holiday free school meals impact assessment | GOV.WALES.
