What assessment has the Minister made of the impact of the Welsh Government's new Control of Agricultural Pollution Regulations on agricultural contractor businesses in Wales?

An assessment of the impact on all businesses, including agricultural contractors, was undertaken as part of the Regulatory Impact Assessment available within the Explanatory Memorandum to the Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2021.
