What was the tendering process before the selection of FleetEV to supply 300 vehicles, including cars, vans, and specially adapted vehicles to 15 regions across Wales?

Welsh Government established the purchase of Electric Vehicles Framework Agreement through an Open Procedure that followed the Public Contracts Regulations (2015) and the Wales Procurement Policy Statement.
