Question
Does the new IPTV platform system for televisions on the Senedd estate allow for the blocking of television channels in a way that was not possible before the new system was installed?
Answer
Answered by Senedd Commission
The ability to centrally set which channels could be viewed on televisions across the estate was possible with the old system. Among the advanced features of the new system is the ability to manage it remotely, which improves response times for fault-finding and fixing, maintenance and efficiency.
