Further to WQ91409, did the previous TV system on the Senedd estate have a feature that could be deployed to block TV channels and if so, what was that mechanism?

The previous TV system did have a feature to control which channels could be viewed on televisions on the estate. This involved connecting a laptop to the distribution headend unit, opening the control module and following the relevant menus and steps to choose which channels to display on the system.
