How will the Welsh Government ensure that the £5.8 million purchase of the Centre 7 building at Cardiff Gate Business Park is value for money for the taxpayer?

An economic assessment of several building options and various occupancy scenarios was undertaken as part of the business case development. This concluded that the option to purchase Centre 7 was the best option and provided the best value for money.
