What action is the Minister taking to assist train passengers who cannot access or use the Transport for Wales app to buy tickets?

Effectiveness of communications is a regular topic I discuss with Transport for Wales, to ensure this can be continually improved for passengers travelling on rail services.
I am aware of several alternative ways to buy rail tickets with Transport for Wales such as the phone, online through the website, with their ticket office staff at stations and self-service ticket machines.
