Further to WQ91626, what due diligence was carried out into the background of FleetEV and its owner before the Welsh Government awarded them the contract to supply electric vehicles?

As part of the procurement exercise all bidders, including Fleet EV, were asked to respond to a range of standard due diligence questions defined within the Single Procurement Document.
