How is the Welsh Government improving safety along the A40 between St Clears and Carmarthen for all road users?

A road safety scheme is included in the National Transport Delivery Plan. It is currently being taken forward through the WelTAG (Welsh Transport Appraisal Guidance) stages. The scheme will support all road users.
