Will the Cabinet Secretary explain the source of the additional funding that will underpin the proposed revised pay offer for junior doctors?

As a result of effective budget management, we now have more flexibility in 2024/25 than we had previously thought. This has enabled some additional funding to be identified to help resolve this dispute.
