What actions will the Cabinet Secretary take in response to the February 2024 Competitions and Markets Authority market study final report into housebuilding, regarding the comments in its Wales summary on private management of amenities on housing estates?

Consideration is being given to how the recommendations and options within the report could best be implemented in Wales. I shall make a statement to the Senedd once I have fully considered the options available to me.
