How is the age of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children determined for the purpose of eligibility for the basic income pilot?

Eligible care leavers were enrolled onto the Basic Income for Care Leavers in Wales pilot by Local Authorities. As part of the enrolment process, Local Authorities recorded the date of birth of individuals.
