Will the Cabinet Secretary outline whether completion of the Coed Ely bypass in Rhondda Cynon Taff is on schedule for August this year?

The Coed Ely bypass is a local authority scheme and the construction phase has not been funded by Welsh Government, so this question should be directed to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council.
